We may use a Patients’ Personal Data for the following purposes:

- For the performance of our service: the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the dental services You have chosen.

We will retain and use a Patient’s Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Our operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Patients have a right to access their personal information (subject to limited exceptions).
Request to accessing one’s personal information must be in form of a written document. Providing adequate detail to identify the personal information.
Upon request, we will also tell patients how we use their personal information. As well as notifying the disclosure of their information to whomsoever, if applicable.
We will make the requested information available within 30 business days. Provide a written notice of an extension where further time would need to fulfill the request.
Minimum fees may be billed for providing access to personal information. If a fee needs to be utilized, we will inform the patients of the cost. A request further direction from the patients on whether we should proceed with the request, or cancel altogether.
If a request is refused in full or in part, we will notify the patients in writing. Providing the reasons for refusal and the recourse available to the patients.
